War!!

During break today we registered for Adolescent Issues Form Workshops, which pushed into third period about 15 minutes.

So with our shortened time together, we played war (you remember that old card game) -- but with decimals and place value!  Man--they were into it!  And what was even more awesome were the conversations they were having: "Uh huh!  Six tenths IS bigger than fifteen hundredths!"

It was great :)  NO homework!
